I've spent most of my career on developer-facing platforms and tools. The thing I keep coming back to is making software that other engineers actually want to use. At Sonatype, that meant building the platform that processes every open source package release and flags the malicious ones before they hit your build. At McGraw Hill, it means figuring out how to use AI to genuinely improve how people learn — not just slap a chatbot on a textbook.
I created Agentic Software Delivery — a methodology for using orchestrated AI agents across the entire SDLC. It's how I build software now, and how I think most teams will build software soon.
